The PAKETTO 8000 L Fully Automatic Linear Packaging Line is designed to take ready-made flat-bottom paper packs and fill them automatically. The filled packs advance to the bag-closing system on a conveyor belt. In the bag closing system, excess paper is cut off, the first fold is made, and the final fold is made by applying hot glue, thus closing the pack opening. Packages exit with the opening closed. The expiry dates are automatically printed on the packs exiting the bag-closing system with an inkjet printer attached to the machine, and the packs then move on to the shrink tunnel. Here, the packs are grouped and shrink-wrapped. TECHNICIAL SPECIFICATIONS: *The filling unit is equipped with a dust extraction system. *Filling is carried out in ready-to-use flat-bottomed paper packs of 1 kg, 2 kg and 5 kg. *The filling unit is equipped with a stainless steel silo with a capacity of 300 kg. *The screw system is used for filling powdery products. *The machine is controlled by a PLC touch screen. * There is a speed-adjustable vibration system.
