TERMINAL FILTERS FOR CONTAMINATION-CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENTS DIF.K-S The DIF.K and DIF.S terminal hoods can be installed directly into sterile and cleanroom environments with absolute filters so the air is filtered at the desired purity level which is then diffused immediately into the room. They are made of a frame to hold a DELTA mini-pleat absolute filter, a steel plenum and a diffuser. The diffuser can be unidirectional flow, high induction swirl flow or 4-way turbulent flow with Coanda effect. Filter and diffuser can be disassembled directly from inside the room. Technical features: - Leak and ∆p test points accessible from the room. - Horizontal flange with Ø 12 mm hole for ceiling installation. - Suitable for EPA, HEPA and ULPA filters with an aluminium frame. - Model AB absolute HEPA filters, 68mm thick. - Top or side air inlet. DIF.K / DIF.KT - Epoxy powder painted steel plenum and frame. DIF.S / DIF.ST - Plenum and frame in AISI 304 stainless steel. Versions DIF.2K/DIF.2KT and DIF.2S/DIF.2ST are suitable for assembly with MAB (90mm) and DAB (115mm) model HEPA filters, optimised for LCC. DLS.K / DLS.S / DLS.KT / DLS.ST - Prepped for installation of reverse liquid (gel) seal filters. - Model AB rls absolute HEPA filters, 73 mm thick. Versions DLS.2K/DLS.2S e DLS.2KT/DLS.2ST are suitable for assembly with MAB rls (100mm) and DAB rls (125mm) model HEPA filters, optimised for LCC.
