TE Machine models can cut extruded rubber or elastomer profiles and hoses. The cutting system is made by motorised revolving circular knives with speed controlled by Inverter. The upper and lower feed belts (caterpillar like system) are operated by Step motors while the tool holding vertical slide is operated by Brushless motor. The thickness and the diameter of the gaskets to be cut can be set through the operators control panel. Possibility to cut in continuous at a prefixed length with synchronised Brushless motors. Close circuit forced lubrication system allows an easier cutting. The unloading of the cut product is carried out by motorised belt. The machine is able to cut directly from roll or extruder thanks to a dedicated feeding system. All the adjustments, data setting, diagnosis etc. are operated through the control panel and run by PLC.
