vacuum press Saldopress TP The frame is made with aluminium profiles The machine is equipped with an advanced electronic system very simple, to check the welding temperature. This instrument permits to check the temperature of the welding bars to grant a constantly uniform welding from the first bag to the last one. This instrument is made in Germany and it is very reliable. Suitable for packing different measures of pillows without changing any settings on the machine side This machine is an evolution of the standard SALDOPRESS, which allows the vacuum packing of pillows, continental quilts and any pressable and packable product. Not only does the SALDOPRESS SP3_TP allow to save space in transport and storage, it can also make the operations easier and quicker thanks to a motorized input carpet, another carpet on the press top, interception photoelectric cells and an idle output roller. The product to be packed, formerly put into a PE bag, is put onto the motorized carpet, which conveys the product to the press. The photoelectric cells start the descent of the pressing top and of the welding bar to seal the open side of the bag. When the pressing top gets back to its original position, the carpet starts to run again and conveys the packed product towards the idle output roller, while another product is ready to be packed. The machine can be supplied with an electro-pneumatic regulator to set the final height of vacuum packing. The machine is built according to all E.E.C. rules
