Roll mattress machine Rolling Mol Machine designed to kindly roll expanded polyurethane and latex mattresses. The rolling of the mattresses is made around a cardboard core. This technical choice was made in order to roll the mattress on itself without tensions and tangential forces which can pinch the outside of the latex or expanded, and therefore take the covering off the inner rubber. The mattress gets rolled without being packed before. The machine rolls the mattress with the help of a plastic film and a cardboard core. Advantages of this solution: - The plastic film keeps the mattress together during the compression and rolling phases, as well as protecting it. - The cardboard is used not to let the mattress collapse into the central part of the rolling, to avoid dangerous tangential forces, which can cause serious damages. - Once the rolling is done, the machine will automatically apply some adhesive film (sellotape) and push the mattress out. Machine equipped with a simple compression aduste to manage the final diameterof the rolled mattress. Our mattress can have a final diameter from 25 up to 35 cm.
