Automatic wrapping machine WRAPPING MACHINE is the last new machine born in 2013 to pack mattresses in polyethylene film. Our wrapping machine works by being positioned in front of the Rolling Press machine in order that it can automatically wrap the mattresses and send them to the Rolling Press to be compressed and rolled if required. If you do not wish to compress and roll the wrapped mattresses, then we have the pop up 90 degree conveyor which offers you the option to simply send the mattresses straight ahead and not into the Rolling Press if this is preferred. You simply select via a switch whether to wrap a mattress only or to wrap and compress and roll. The wrapping machine itself uses sophisticated sensors to automatically detect the size of the mattress being wrapped and adjusts the sealing bars positions accordingly. The welding rods, once they have made the seal on the required side/s of the mattress, automatically cut off the excess plastic around the seal and remove it from the welding area. We have recently improved the specification of our wrapping machine to include a Siemens PLC as well as automatic aligners for the pop up unit to guarantee that the wrapped mattress is perfectly positioned in the centre of the Rolling Press machine if you decide to send it to the Rolling Press.
