Automatic cut machine Autocut SMC Autocut SMC is a machine designed after a long experience in the field of cutting and welding of any plastic material (poliethylene, barrier material, SMC and expanded poliethylene). This machine was designed and realized to unwind from a plastic film roll a pre-set length and to make a series of transversal and lengthwise cuts, as opposed to the flowing direction of the material itself. It was also built for a simple use, therefore without PLC and with an easy-to-mantain electro mechanic scheme. Thanks to a little counter, capable of storing up to 400 combinations between n° of pieces and length, the Autocut SMC is easy and quick to use. The machine is equipped with a frame, to which some pulling rolls* are hooked, a cold cutting group with two circular transversal blades, which permit the transversal cut by 2 blades at pneumatic descent, which grant the lengthwise cut.
