The origin of electrical noise in power lines can be very diverse: machinery, industrial equipment, load interruption, storms and lightning, deficient or no earth connection, switching transients, proximity of electric motors, etc., and they can be the cause of serious problems in electrical and electronic facilities, resulting in losses due to the malfunctions themselves or the untimely cessation of activity.
