Our fresh fish slicers, especially for salmon, offer an adjustable slicing angle from 10° to 40°.
These machines make it possible to slice an entire fillet into individual slices while allowing for slice thickness variations between 2 and 10 mm. Our standard slicers are available in both single lane and double lane designs.
