Description

Our vertical slicers are notable for their exceptional flexibility and allow for a wide range of slicing options such as portioning, sushi slicing and standard slicing. The slicing angle is adjustable between 15° and 90° and the slicing thickness can be variably set to levels ranging from 2 mm to 60 mm. In addition, the SM 5290 can be optionally equipped with a sensor and an individual program to precisely produce up to 20 slices or portions with different slicing thicknesses. Our vertical slicers are available in both single-lane and double-lane versions.
