Description

Homogeneous baking in a metre wide oven with high capacity. Metro convection ovens with fixed tray trolley are equipped with three fans for air recirculation. - Homogeneous baking. The studied design of the chamber and the 3 turbines of 350 mm diameter distribute the air perfectly, allowing a fast and homogeneous baking in all the trays. - Automatic vapour evacuation valve. With the opening of the draught programmable from the panel, possible forgetfulness when opening the draught is avoided, ensuring a baked product with a correct crust at all times. - Double seal. Ensures the baking chamber is airtight, minimising energy losses due to heat leakage. Allows easy opening and closing of the door. - Triple Insulating Glass. Reduces heat loss to the maximum, reducing energy consumption. Always COOL exterior glass that prevents burns. - Hinges. The high resistance hinges guarantee that the door opens and closes 100,000 times during its entire life cycle without suffering wear and tear. - The ergonomic handle of the METRO K-15 and its position allows a comfortable and fast work, facilitating the baker's work. - Anti-shock protection of the control panel - Direct access to the electrical panel components from the front minimises intervention costs. - Man-trap safety system. Hands-free opening from inside the oven. - LED lighting throughout the chamber. - Overflow to remove excess steam generated in the baking chamber. Capacity for 15 trays of 60x40, 66x46, 80x40, 80x46.
