Description

The UD Cohesive Sampler is a popular sampler in the pharmaceutical industry for taking low volume (unit dose) cohesive powder samples. It allows accurate samples to be taken. Different sample volumes can be taken by changing the tip. Standard sample tips available from stock are 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1ml. Special tip volumes and sampler lengths available on request. The UD Cohesive Sampler is used by pharmaceutical companies around the world for unit dose sampling of cohesive powders EASY TO USE Simply push the sampler into the powder. Rotate the handle and allow the tip to lift slightly to take the sample. Remove the sampler and empty. It is ideal for accurate sampling as when the sampler is closed excess powder is removed from the tip giving a reliable volume. QUALITY - Made from high grade 316 stainless steel. BSE/TSE free. It has a fully welded, high polish design that is made so it can be easily cleaned FLEXIBILITY – Different tips can be attached to the same body. Special tips can be manufactured on request.
