Sampling Systems can offer a contract tube manufacturing service as part of our SteriWare range. All the tube is manufactured under class 10,000 cleanroom conditions which means it is ideal for pharmaceutical and medical applications. The state of the art extrusion line can make tube up to 40mm diameter with very tight tolerances. Our usual materials are PP and HDPE but we can extrude from other materials SPECIFICATIONS We have tooling to make many sizes and shapes. If we do not have the correct tool size we can make one to suit your applications. QUALITY – Generally the tube is made to meet to meet pharma requirements with food grade, FDA, EC and BSE/TSE certification. LENGTHS – We can manufacture most lengths. BAGGING – We can individually bag the tube or bulk pack the tube. WORLDWIDE – Over 80% of our shipments are export so wherever you are we can ship to STERILISATION – We can even take care of sterilising the tube if required.
