Automated loading system ZSL45-NC

The loading station is used on solid forming presses to ensure the feed of the parts before transferring with the transfer system. The loading system aligns or straightens the supplied parts so that they can be transferred for transport into the press. The loading station also provides the functionality of automated discharge and part removal, e.g., NOK (not ok) parts or respectively hot parts, in case of problem at press/feed. Additional function units, e.g., rotational and alignment functions, can be integrated for the loading station.
