Description

“PERFETTA” for small workshops, delis, catering for the production of sweet and savory delights. “PERFETTA” for the production of typical products such as stuffed biscuits like “Grisbi”, “Maamoul”, “Kibbeh”, rice balls, supply, stuffed gnocchi, stuffed meat balls, meat buns, cookies, fig bar, canederli, etc. “PERFETTA” as laboratory machine for research and development in big companies. “PERFETTA” for pastry shops and bakeries for the production of sweets and stuffed biscuits. Co-extruder machine with screws for stuffed products, with diaphragm cutting system, made of certified stainless steel AISI 304. All the parts in contact with the food, including the diaphragm cutting unit, are easily removable for a successful washing, also in the dishwasher. The machine is supported by 4 self-levelling feet and adapted to be positioned on a work table or on the “optional” table with wheels. The machine is complete with variable speed dough extrusion device, variable speed filling injector device, variable speed temporized diaphragm cutting device. The machine complies with the guidelines of the CE European Legislation.
