Hammer Mill
MSB
The hammer mill type MSB is the result of our continuous research for increasing the performance of grinding systems in modern mills, especially suitable for zootechnical purpose. Its design, simple and strong, allows for easy and safe access to all parts of the mill.
A diverter valve located at the inlet diverts the product fall to the left or to the right. Based on the system the hammers are supposed to be permuted only once.
the rotor, assembled on ball bearings, is endowed with hammers made of special treated steel, reversible, placed in a special way in order to attain a superior production in relation to similar standard mills.
The machine provided in several types and capacities may be supplied with motors ranging from 30 to 250 Kw, with 4 or 2 poles, for the peripheral rotor speed from 46 to 94 m/s. The surface of the screen ranges from 54 up to 210 dm2.
