Vibroseparator VIBROBLOCK Vibro Separator VIBROBLOCK is the result of the many experiences of Sangati Berga in the field of pre-cleaning and cleaning of grains and the specific customers’ demands that have come up over the last years. VIBROBLOCK presents some innovations in relation to similar standard machines available in the market. 1. Feeding adjustment The product flow is distributed all along the sieves with a movable valves system, outside micrometrically adjustable. This system allows making the maximum use of the sieves surface even when product flow is inferior to normal nominal production. Besides, a good adjustment of the movable valves allows the creation a product deposit inside the feeder that works like shock absorber, avoiding the wastage of the feeder components. A wide plexiglass door allows verifying the effective work status of the feeder. 2. Aluminum sieves There are two lines of sieves mounted on the VIBROBLOCK: one for the separation of thick impurities and the other one for separation of fine impurities and powder (Picture 2). The sieves are made from aluminum profiles with a main structure on which are screwed the selection screen or perforated sheet and the inferior mesh cleaning ball-bearers (Picture 3). This solution enables changing the screens as often as possible without damaging the sieve structure.
