Description

It is composed of shaker body, power amplifier, slip table, head expander and cooling blower & controller The low force series shakers are high operation frequency of armature, high reliability and easy-operating. Suitable for electronic components, automotive parts, aerospace and aviation, etc. Sine(peak)/Random (rms) : 1kN ~20kN. The medium force series shakers Sine(peak)/Random (rms) : 50kN ~70kN. The high force series shakers are large force, high cooling efficiency, high bearing capacity and excellent guiding capacity, which are suitable for large specimen test. Sine(peak)/Random (rms) : 50kN ~70kN. Adopt upper and lower guidance structure to ensure excellent performance and large anti-eccentric moment; The optimized armature is characterized by light mass, high vibration-resistance, good stiffness and high first resonance frequency; Optimized magnetic circuit design to achieve higher magnetic circuit utilizationand lower flux leakage; Random excitation force is equivalent with sine excitation force; Multi-interlock protection to ensure the safety of system and specimen. Slip table works by matching up with all series of vibration shakers to realize horizontal test.
