The CHOCOMAXX is a single or double-film wrapping machine designed to produce all kinds of delicious flat-based chocolates. The modular design enables, in fact, the processing of different product shapes and wrapping styles: pralines, napolitains, rochers, twist, and double-twists…with or without filling, moulded, or enrobed. Depending on the format to be produced, this brand-new wrapping machine guarantees the production of 400 to 600 chocolates per minute. MULTISTYLE WRAPPING MACHINE The CHOCOMAXX can be equipped with independent wrapping modules. It offers you a great flexible solution to produce several traditional pack styles, including pralines, napolitains, rochers, twist, double-twists depending on Customer needs. Easy and fast format changes enable you to react effectively to changing market. QUICK FORMAT CHANGE OVER The various independent modules and ease of access allow format changes to be made quickly, with very few manual adjustments. CANTILEVERED STRONG CONSTRUCTION Its cantilevered strong construction offers operator-friendly features as easy access for cleaning, exchange of transport belt and rapid change over, resulting in little downtime and maximum efficiency. OPTIONAL FEEDING SYSTEM Accordingly to the requirements of the products, the feeding system is designed as robotic system with lug chain or as belt feeding system.
