Description

Semi-Automatic Vacuum-Gassing and Seaming Station 7 cans / minute Machine extricates the oxygen from the container with the product. This space is refilled with Azote (N2) or Gas mixture (N2 + CO2) required to include quality to the ultimate item. The same equipment make all procedures required for Modified Atmosphere Packaging. The equipment can be set up to process in 3 distinctive modes: a) - Sealing mode only (up to 15 u/min) b) - Sealing mode + Air extraction c) - Sealing mode + Air extraction + Gassing (up to 7 u/min) (Production speed depends on the professional qualifications of the operator's speed) This machine is designed for low speed semi-automatic production lines. The machine decreases the residual oxygen levels inside of the container to the relegated esteem (regularly underneath 1-2%, depending on product properties) WORKING PRINCIPLE 1 - The operator manually feeds the cans to the Sapli machine, installs them in a special area on the lift mechanism platform, where the cans are gripped with special fasteners. 2 - The platform with the can is raised, hermetically closing a chamber in which the vacuum-gassing and sealing process will take place. 3 - Inside the chamber, the vacuum valve opens until the desired vacuum depth is reached. 4 - Inert gas is added to the container, the chamber is filled with a mixture of the necessary gases at the specified pressure. 5 - Double sealing operation is performed. 6 - Then, once per cycle or once every several cycles, the vacuum chamber performs a self-cleaning operation. 7 - After lowering the closed can from the chamber, the operator manually removes it from the platform WHATSAPP: +34 658 50 29 55
