The vacuum-gassing option is needed depending on the product requirements. More than one station machine is applied in low and medium production speeds, depending on the product requirements. OPERATING PRINCIPLE OF ROTARY VACUUM-GASSING SYSTEM: 1. Cans are fed into the machine through a conveyor belt. The can is placed in the exact position in the vacuum-gassing chamber. 2. The chamber is hermetically closed and the process of vacuum-gassing begins (oxygen is evacuated and nitrogen is added according to an individual formula for each product). 3. The whole chamber is transferred to the next station in the carousel, and a new can is put in its place and this process continues until the full cycle of vacuum-gassing is completed. 4. When the required level of residual oxygen is reached, the chamber moves to the seaming station, where a metal lid is fed and the can is seamed in a vacuum environment. 5. After seaming, the cans moves to the last station of carousel and leaves the machine through the exit conveyor belt.
