Sarem extrusion heads are designed to guarantee the maximum performance and efficiency in Extrusion process. In Sarem Machinery we produce a variety of Extruder’s Die-heads for different plastic pipe extrusion lines such as Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PEX and PVC. We have different designs for various pipe extrusion lines such as Spiral, Spider, helical, and etc. All of Die-Heads material will be polished first then will be hardened by nitration. We have Die-heads to produce pipe in the range of 16mm up to 1000mm. Through years of manufacturing we designed monolayer and Multilayer Die-heads for different pipe extrusion lines.
