EZY Effect is the most advanced system available on the market to decorate aluminium profiles (and aluminium sheets) with wood effect. Thanks to this technical innovation, it is possible to reach high production standards with low costs (reduced to little consumable materials and only 3 operators as manlabour). The production cost per profile is very close to the traditional monochrome coating (RAL). The designs, carried out by means of a decorative drum (SAT patented technology), are very natural and nice-looking. The combination between design and color enables a wide range of possible finishings (up to 15).
