3Bx Blocker is National Optronics’s semi-automatic lens finish blocker for reliable and precise operations. 3Bx Blocker is a simple and classic lens finish blocker. The lens blocker’s industrial construction design has few moving parts to simplify finish blocking and minimize downtime. The unique design guides the operator to an exact lens layout position. The lens blocker also features parallax and distortion-free finish blocking. Accidental refraction is reduced by projecting the image of the front surface of the lens. Lens is blocked with front surface down, avoiding lens damage and blocking errors. Moreover, the block configuration is compatible with any metal or plastic block design. 3Bx Blocker ensures an ergonomic operating position.
