Description and Application USOMIX SAUR is a complete system for transfering grains between farm vehicles and trucks. With an outpost concept, this apparatus allows for receiving, weighing, classifying through sample collection and transfering the grains to another truck, in a single place, with no complex civil structure. Developed to facilitate the logistics in grain transportation, USOMIX SAUR enables the farmers to gather their bulk production in a single truck with more capacity, and then transfer it to a grain receiving station. Its cost-benefit must be highlighted, because its initial investment is relatively low since a complex civil structure is not necessary. Another advantage of USOMIX SAUR is the easy removal and reassembly in different places. Since it is not installed into a complex fixed civil structure, the apparatus may be reassembled in different regions according to the crops seasonality. Specifications STRUCTURE: • - Truck Dumper of up to 18 meters and 80 tons, with load cell/scale. • - Cereal Sample Collector 180°. • - Self-supporting hopper with access platform. • - Readler with capacity of 240 ton/h for grain transfer. • - 20' container for operation rooms, machinery, warehouse, restroom, office and analysis laboratory. SAFETY: • - Restrainer chassis set, drive through electric switch on stands, electronic kit with hourmeter and operation cycles reader, gate and sign for vehicles entrance release. • - There is also a safety device that enables the platform lifting only after the rear wheels have been locked.
