The time-consuming process of creel loading is no longer necessary, process sequences are streamlined and down times are reduced. Pallets with packages are transported automatically by the roller conveyor system to the center of the depalletising station. The depalletiser picks up the supply packages in order to load them fully automatically onto the transport system after thread preparation. Previously the empty tubes and yarn guiding elements are removed by the robot. When one layer on the pallet is empty, the depalletiser moves the separator into the separator bin. Subsequently the depalletiser unloads the next layer until the pallet is empty. The empty pallets are automatically transported out of the depalletising station by the roller conveyor system.
