The 20’ container tipper is a device for tilting shipping containers vertically. The tipper is a chassis on which the container is placed using suitable handling equipment. Hydraulic cylinders then tilt the chassis to the required angle. Thanks to the gravity, the container tipper allows 20’ containers to be loaded in their entirety, quickly and safely. By combining a belt conveyor with the container tipper, you get a simple and effective solution for the continuous loading of bulk products and other waste into containers. We offer several types of container tipper, depending on whether you want to tilt 20’ containers, 40’ containers or both. Some technical specifications: - Tipper container lenght: 12.27m - Tipper container width: 2.61m - Maximum tilt of a 20’ container: 60°. - Adjustable tilting by 2 telescopic cylinders equipped with parachute valve to prevent pressure losses and oil leaks. - 30 Kw motorised hydraulic unit powered by a three-phase electric motor. - 5 emergencies stop button for operator safety. - Container locking device. - Complies with EC standards according to directive 2006/42 EC Annex II-1-A on stand-alone equipment.
