EasyCUBE Pall and HeavyCUBE Pall are modular, scalable palletising solutions designed to meet different operational and space requirements. Both models handle pallets up to 1100x1200 mm in plan and height and are integrated with the CubeOS operating system and the CubePALLETIZER app, which optimise (de)palletising processes. The new-generation CubeUI human-machine interface allows intuitive and accessible management, both on-board and remotely, while the CubeSAFETY security system provides protection with physical and optical perimeter control, adaptable to customer needs. EasyCUBE Pall, with its lightweight design, is ideal for compact environments and handles loads up to 25 kg, using collaborative robots (cobots) for productivity up to 280 boxes/hour, or industrial robots for productivity up to 600 boxes/hour. Its flexibility is ensured by the gripping tool developed in collaboration with Scaglia INDEVA, which allows it to handle different types of packaging, such as boxes, bags and buckets. HeavyCUBE Pall, on the other hand, is designed for heavy loads of up to 80 kg and can be equipped with 6 or 7-axis industrial robots, ideal for handling multiple pallets. It is available in configurations for 2 or 4 pallets and offers high performance for (de)palletising heavy UDCs, optimising productivity in industrial environments. Both models offer customisable solutions suitable for different types of UDCs in both collaborative and industrial environments.
