Description

Pipe silencers are used to reduce sound pressure levels in industrial ducts. One typical application of pipe silencers is to reduce sound levels in fans with low nominal widths. When used as inlet and exhaust silencers, they help to significantly minimize background noise. PIPE SILENCERS AS PART OF A COMPREHENSIVE PORTFOLIO Scheuch COMPONENTS has a wide range of products from the soundproofing industry. Pipe silencers are a cost-effective alternative to baffle silencers, which are also available in our portfolio. What’s more, we also offer a number of other innovative components that contribute to the reduction of sound emissions. Our cutting-edge resonators and other soundproofing products will not only help you to look after the health of your employees, but also to adhere to legal requirements in the field of environmental protection. SILENCERS FOR PIPES ARE AVAILABLE IN A RANGE OF LENGTHS AND DESIGNS. To enable us to deliver individual solutions to specific problems, we offer pipe silencers in a variety of lengths. Our standard lengths are 1,170 and 2,170 mm, though special solutions are available at any time. Because the pipes can be screwed together, it is also possible to combine different lengths together. There are also differences in terms of the pipe nominal width. Here the rule is: the greater the nominal width, the lower the silencing effect.
