Air-jet sifter

Scheuch's in-depth knowl­edge of the en­tire wood based panel pro­duc­tion process and its ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence with sifter plants around the world are what cre­ate the foun­da­tions for the com­pa­ny's abil­ity to con­tin­u­ally op­ti­mise the struc­tures of and con­trol tech­nol­ogy used in its prod­ucts. Nat­u­rally, the prod­uct port­fo­lio in­cludes a finely graded range of con­struc­tion sizes that en­able ex­actly the right sifter de­sign to be cho­sen for the ap­pli­ca­tion in ques­tion. The sifter de­sign and the spe­cial guid­ance, dis­tri­b­u­tion and con­trol equip­ment guar­an­tee uni­form air and ma­te­r­ial dis­tri­b­u­tion – and, there­fore, highly ef­fi­cient sep­a­ra­tion. The patented open­ing cylin­ders at the sifter in­let en­sure that the ma­te­r­ial can be bro­ken up with ease, even at high through­put lev­els, and that it is dis­trib­uted evenly across the en­tire sifter width.
