With the Omniflo overhead conveyor system, large quantities and sensitive goods can be collected, unloaded and delivered quickly and flexibly. The goods are transported gently. The modular, center-suspended overhead conveyor system enables transport in all directions: whether to the right, to the left, in the opposite direction or even between different storage levels. Digital trolley identification via barcode or RFID ensures overview, continuous inventory management and order. Automated sorting performance in combination with ILS2100. For higher sortation requirements, especially due to increasingly individual product variants, the fully automated ILS2100 sortation system complements an Omniflo storage system to increase efficiency. Here, the goods are automatically transferred from the Omniflo load carriers to ILS single load carriers and individually sorted at high performance. This allows picking in larger lot sizes.
