Description

The flatteners type RMP flattens fresh or pre-frozen products to an even thickness, therefore an equal and shorter cooking time is guaranteed. A massage of the meat structure during the flattening process guarantees the tenderness of the meat. Options: •To flatten schnitzel, steaks, beef roulades, chicken- and turkey meat •Burger/patties “home-made style” •Industrial systems are available in 400, 600 and 1.000 mm belt width •Compact systems for butcheries in 250 mm belt width
