Easy adaption for product miniaturization
D 263® T eco is a clear borosilicate glass that has high chemical resistance and is produced by using a SCHOTT-specific down-draw method. It is available in a variety of thicknesses ranging from 0.03 mm to 1.1 mm.
D 263® T eco borosilicate glass is available from stock in standard sheet sizes or it can be custom-cut into round or square shapes. It is used as substrate glass for coatings or as a replacement for plastic for applications in the automotive and electronics industries.
D 263® T eco is manufactured with eco-friendly refining agents instead of arsenic and antimony.
Advantages
• Fire-polished surface with low roughness
• Not permeable to humidity
• Flexibility similar to plastic
• Easy to cut
