Description

Schuler hydraulic transfer presses are equipped with a large opening in the uprights and enable the flexible manufacturing of parts using transfer dies. High output performance is achieved with efficient hydraulic solutions such as the Schuler ring valve technology or the multi-mode switching of hydraulic cylinders. The press force ranges from 5.000 kN up to 32.000kN for either single or multiple slide presses (optionally with one or more bed cushion/s- and/or slide cushion/s). Larger press forces are available on request. The active electrical-hydraulic slide parallelism control ensures high quality of parts and safe processes. Your advantages High flexibility and output Easy adaptation to different dies Freely programmable motion characteristics Pressure time programmable in BDC High availability Fully automatic and fast die change Deep-drawn parts can be manufactured with counter-drawing process Nominal force available with each stroke position
