Heat Output Demand
The heart of ail Schwank burners is the ceramic burner tile. Within its 3,600 concave holes the gas-air mixture combusts homogenously and cleanly. Due to its spécial structure the surface, the ceramic tile reaches températures of 960° C [2,100° F] emitting infrared radition of 150 W/cm2. On the surface of a 120 cm2 ceramic tile, a heat output of 0.6 - 1.8 kW can be genera-ted.
