Features • These sensors are mainly used for internal energy measurements in lasers with high repetition rates. • They are characterised by a high sensitivity and they can be used in a wide wavelength area. • Sensor diameters between 4mm and 34 mm are available. • The maximum repetition rate depends on the diameter of the sensor and the load resistor. Repetition rates of up to 3 kHz are possible.
