Low-deck electrical propelled transporter, low investment cost, low operational cost Seaqx builds extra low transporters that make it possible to organize a flexible production plant. These battery operated vehicles can move freely, making it possible to break out of the line setup, differentiate into stations with different passage times for customization, evacuate or isolate products which need extra attention or are faulty, enter end-stations like autoclaves or machining centers and return to the line again, spread production over several production halls,... When the production line needs changes or a complete new setup, these transporters can easily be reused into the new flow, without the need for costly civil works or investment programs. The 2nd generation TPP-low has a deck-height of just 260mm which equals one step for a men. The transporter is radio remote controlled and requires just one operator. Its comfortable driving allows forward, backward driving, taking curves and turning on the spot. The power supply can be either cable supply or battery supply. The proportional velocity can vary between 0m/min and a maximum of 40m/min (adjustable). Its electrical drives allow very accurate driving. The one-step-deck-height has multiple advantages in manufacturing environments. In an assembly line, the construction/machine can be placed directly on the TPP-low and be moved between different working stations. Assembly-line workers can access the platform and additional scaffolds or steps are not necessary. This keeps the line safe and extremely flexible. The transporter can be equipped with a lifting system (30mm lifting).
