Electric self-propelled trailer 20T transporter

the Seaqx differential flat-bed transporter is designed to transport a 20T load between different work stations or even between different factory hangars. The transporter can be loaded with an overhead crane. The transporter has a robust frame covered with a thick 10mm steel plate to support the load. Two electrical drives and heavy-duty swivel wheels, batteries and controls are mounted under this plate. Even loaded, the operator can access all components by removing the side plates. Thanks to its extremely low building height (only 400mm), it easily passes smaller gates with a large load. The low deck also allows operators to step on the transporter and access the load. The transporter has a footprint which is not larger than the load (in contrast to a forklift) which makes the transporter a safer device to be handled. With the radio remote control, only one operator is required. Both Seaqx drives are extremely compact and powerful. Each drive can deliver 2,5T pulling force with a speed up to 12m/min (in option double speed can be achieved). The driving force allows to overcome slopes up to 5%. With the 2 drives, the transporter can drive forward/backward, take curves or turn at the spot. A 40T-version can be derived.
