WMO Compliant
Robust weather station consisting of meteorological sensors, SEBA measuring data collector, data transmission (optional), independent power supply, protective housing and a mast
Sensors: precipitation, air pressure, air temperature /humidity, wind direction /speed, soil temperature, global radiation, evaporation, snow depth, snow scales, snow temperature, etc.
Modular:
The automatic SEBA weather station AWS is a modular system that can be individually configured as desired. Here, the AWS is particularly distinguished by the wide range of durable, high-quality (first class) sensors.
Data available worldwide:
In addition to the common and inexpensive remote transmission via mobile radio (GSM, GPRS), for example with the GSM modem GSM742, also satellite modems, such as IRIDIUM are available and they enable worldwide data transmission.
Self-sufficient:
Owing to the low power consumption of sensors, data collectors and data transmission, an autonomous power supply system using (replacable) batteries or solar panels can easily be feasible.
Directive-Compliant:
The specifications of the sensors used and the systematic structure of the AWS adheres to the standards of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). Due to these high standards, AWS has been successfully used for decades on all continents and in all climates.
