THE ROADSPRAYER LINE A line of sprayers designed for tack-coats and prime coats. These machines are used to spray binders in all conditions (heat, dust, etc.); Applications: - The average tack-coat dosage is from 0.300 to 0.500 g/m², whereas prime coats require a dose in the order of 1.3 kg/m2. Our ROADSPRAYER line spraying system is adapted to these uses. - Jet spacing: 150 mm - Binder pump used for a dosing range of from 0.300 kg/m² to 2 kg/m² Spraying quality: - Hyper frequency radar used to view the machine movement speed in real time - A dosing table is supplied with each sprayer - Bar type - Mechanically extendible bar
