Operation:
Test equipment determines the content of dioxide in the inhaled air from the "dead space" of the front parts of RPE. It creates a pulsating air flow that imitates human breathing with the necessary parameters of lung ventilation and volume concentration of CO2. Tests are carried out until a constant value of CO2 is fixed at the “inspiration”, which doesn't change by more than 10% within 2 min. Then you will be able to compare the obtained results with the regulatory requirements for the RPE being tested.
