HIGH FREQUENCY HEATER in HF 5 KW Indispensable for the execution of a perfect menisculation of plastic eyeglasses, this machine, the result of SEIT's thirty years of experience in high frequency treatment, offers performance and features that make it extremely versatile and effective. Once the eyeglasses have been menisculated with this type of heating, they maintain their shape unaltered over time. The power is selected through a regulator with a range of 0-100% that allows to heat even very thin parts without damaging them. The machine has equipped with a timer which allows, together with the power regulator, to graduate the exposure of the workpiece, allowing a homogeneous and adequate heating. The major advantage of this is that it completely avoids the appearance of bubbles inside the plastic , which can be caused by heating too rapidly and not being controlled correctly . Thanks to the special devices it is possible to select the part to be heated: the whole front, only the nose part or only the sides.
