Dual Range Programmable Timer Selco’s 2831 is a dual range programmable timer designed to be a plug-in replacement for our 2577 Teach Me Timer. Both timing ranges learn by example. When in programming mode, it learns the length of time to do the specified task (open/close a solenoid for liquid dispensing, start/stop water for making drip coffee, start/stop liquid on an assembly line, start/stop hold time on a food line, etc). The time is remembered, even if the power is removed, until it is reprogrammed. An optional panel mount LED indicates when dispensing is in progress. There is an optional flowmeter to measure volume instead of time. The controller is supplied as an open board, ready to be placed into your unit or product. Our electronic controls are designed in the USA and built in our ISO certified factory. The units are conformal coated to protect the assembly from damage due to contamination, moisture, dust and other pollutants found in extreme environments. All units are 100% factory tested for functionality before being shipped to the customer.
