Powder coating ovens are convection ovens that allow electrostatic powder coated work pieces to be hardened typically at around 200°C in 10 minutes. The ovens are designed according to the shape, quantity and weight of the product to be dried. Electricity, liquid or gaseous fuel is used to heat the furnace. Powder coating curing ovens are produced and called box, axial conveyor and tunnel type oven depending on whether the products are fed into the oven manually, semi-automatically and automatically. Powder coating ovens are designed to operate with the highest efficiency to achieve the required temperature with minimum energy consumption.
