Motorised transport trolley (CTM) - Consists of a platform with a loading capacity of 1T to 50T that moves freely over the ground. The CTM motorized transport trolley and the CTE manual transport trolley are capable of carrying the load but they lack in lifting mechanism. In both cases, the movements can be directly on the ground or with guidance system, on ground rails. Our carts are provided with safety mechanisms , such as anti-entrapment protections, emergency stop, bumpers, etc. Free-translation models can have a joystick (cable or radio) for more flexibility in the control of movements, as well as automated direction change (longitudinal or transverse shift) The motorized models may receive their electrical supply through batteries, which afford them total freedom of work and movement. They may also be supplied from power grid. Possible movements The carriage is moved by two motorized wheels, and two or more freely rotating wheels. The two motors can be activated in any of the two directions independently-differential-system via a keypad (or a remote radio options). The vehicle moves in a straight line if the two motors are activated in the same direction, or tour, if only one engine is activated, or activated both in different ways. Options • Radio command with four emergency stop buttons and control all movements of the CTM. • Guidance system using a ground rail for areas where a certain route must be followed for safety reasons.
