Single shaft shredder with hydraulic transmission, primary shredder of the Stokkermill "CSR Hydro" range do represent an excellent solution for the primary reduction and refining for industrial waste, electronic scrap, electric cables, bulky waste, ferrous scrap, and light metal scrap. The hydraulic pre-grinder Stokkermill CSR-H is recommended for hard and heterogeneous materials with the presence of some light ferrous parts. Due to the hydraulic transmission and the low rotation speed, the hydraulic pre-shredder prevents strong impacts which may damage the cutting plates. The rotor speed therefore varies in accordance with the shear force up to a complete stop, followed by reversal of the rotor. It is a highly efficient system that allows margin of error during material loading operations, safeguarding the integrity of the rotor, cutting plates as well as the whole structure. The hydraulic pre-grinder consists of the following main components: - cutting chamber; - loading hopper; - steel structure; - hydraulic unit and electric control panel; - classifier screen interchangeable according to the required output size. The CSR-H series are equipped with the ESEMS “E-Saving energy management system” that varies the electrical absorption according to the force required, drastically reducing energy consumption.
