Hammer mill shredder compact for the refining process HM45 and HM60 mills are the smallest crushing and refining systems which are manufactured by Stokkermill. These are flexible and versatile hammer mills that adapt to the various material reduction requirements for subsequent separation and cleaning activities with the aim of maximising the commercial value of metal and ferrous scrap, waste from electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and, more generally, undifferentiated materials. The HM45-60 series hammer mills can be used as primary crusher mills or, alternatively, as a mill for refining process for the reduction of a large quantity of materials as output. The 16 hammers, with weights between 8 and 10 kg, have a free 360 º rotation, which reduces possible damage caused by errors in the loading phase and excessive loading. The hammer inversion system is simplified by the integral opening system of the mill case and lifting of the rotor. The interchangeable screens and differentiated shapes allow a correct management of the outgoing materials. All hammer mills series of the HM45-60 models can be equipped with an inverter for the variation of the rotation speed of the rotor by increasing the arc of use of the machines.
Stokkermill hammer mills are designed and manufactured according to clear principles:
use of high-quality materials to ensure the durability and reliability of components
simplicity of design, ease to use, reduced maintenance times
over dimensioning of mechanical parts to avoid stress when mill breaks materials and increase the life of parts subject to wear
