Description Standard technical details: • Varnished steel structure. • Double relay spiral drive. • Standard motors appropriate for dough with at least 55% of water content. • 2-speed motor on spiral arm. • 2-speed motor on bowl. • Spiral motor with breaking system for CE version only. • Electromechanical control panel with two digital timers. • Rotating bowl on reverse only in first speed. Not available on 30 and 40 Kg models. • Selector to exclude the second speed of spiral rotation. • Bowl rotation button. • Voltage: 400 Volt/50hz/3Ph. • Stainless steel bowl safety grid. • Central breaking bar rectangular shape. • Machine fitted on castors and leveling feet. Models 30 and 40 kg fitted on castors with brakes.
