MAGNETIC GRIDS
Magnetic grids are used in piping systems, hoppers, channels, etc. to separate the ferrous particles that circulate through these systems. To ensure a high degree of resistance to corrosion, wear and tear, and to high mechanical stress, the parts of the grates that are in contact with the flow of material are manufactured with AISI 304 stainless steel.
The dimensions of the system are designed so that the resistance to the passage of material is minimal. In this way, the accumulation of particles across the flow is avoided. All grids are constructed with Neodymium magnets and the maximum operating temperature will be up to 90ºC. There is also a version with a removable magnet system and another with a housing for complete and easy cleaning.
