The DOPPLER flowmeters are designed to measure the volumetric flow in closed and full pipes. It consists of two sensors an emitter and an ultrasonic receiver. The emitted waves are transmitted by the transmitting gel to the pipe, pass through it and move through the fluid. The sound waves are reflected against the particles in circulation that are solidary to the fluid and therefore circulate at the same speed. Controlled by microprocessor, easy programming and programmable in the field allows us an economical installation and without the need of interruption of the process.
Main features:
LCD display of 2 lines (flow, speed and signal level)
Suitable for fluids with particles or bubbles
Standard measurement of speeds from 0.05 to 12m/s
Transducers for pipes from DN40 to DN3000mm
Ultrasonic transducers with optional magnetic fixation for easy installation in ferromagnetic pipes
They allow its installation without interruption of the flow
submersible in water
